This project involved creating an onboarding presentation for OCS, a major global facilities management and commercial services company, to welcome the Edinburgh Airport PRM team into the wider OCS Group.

The deck was designed to make important onboarding information clear, accessible and reassuring. It introduced the OCS brand, values, culture and support systems, while also explaining key transition details including TUPE, consultation processes and next steps. A clean corporate layout, strong people-focused photography and consistent brand styling helped the presentation feel professional, informative and easy to follow.

The final deck delivered a polished onboarding experience that supported new colleagues through the transition. It combined practical guidance with a confident visual style, helping the team understand what OCS stands for, what support was available, and what to expect next.
